I just wanted to say thank you! What you taught Bob and I is just crazy.. I did a body scan today and I’ve lost 11lbs (4%body fat) in a month.. I was working out regularly before but once you showed us how to dial in our macros I’ve been losing a healthy steady amount of fat/weight..all it took for me was the food. I just can’t believe how the weight is melting off lol I used to think I had to workout for hours in the gym.
For those of you that gave up on fitness thinking it would take years - this is 7 months of eating properly and working out 1 hr 15 minutes per day. We aren’t getting any younger.
